Start learning AI in 2025

Everyone talks about AI, but no one has the time to learn it. So, we found the easiest way to learn AI in as little time as possible: The Rundown AI.

It's a free AI newsletter that keeps you up-to-date on the latest AI news, and teaches you how to apply it in just 5 minutes a day.

Plus, complete the quiz after signing up and they’ll recommend the best AI tools, guides, and courses – tailored to your needs.

THE REALITY of AI: IT Saves Time, but only when you do this.

Let's be honest for a second: Many individuals claim that AI can save time, but their workflow remains a disorganized buffet of tabs, prompts, partially written drafts, and incomplete ChatGPT answers.

They believe that by using AI, all you do is enter a random query and hope that the result will work miracles in life.

Nope. AI doesn't save time. Smart AI usage saves time.

A QUICK STORY (YOU'VE BEEN HERE)

Picture this:

You are sitting down to write a youTube script. You open ChatGPT.

You type:

Write me a script on productivity.

It licks out something... decent.

You skim it. It is generic, robotic and has phrases such as in this fast-paced digital age--the AI version of a dad joke.

So what do you do?

You rewrite it. Then tweak it. Then regenerate a version. Then just retry again with a longer prompt...

And all of a sudden four point five minutes disappear.

Well, you wasted time but at least you created a well-organized polite time sink.

Sound familiar?

THE ACTUAL ISSUE: You are using AI Like Google.

Google operates under imprecise input. AI doesn't.

AI is a tool that needs:

Context

Direction

Constraints

Examples

Your unique taste

The more superior the input, the more (and quicker) the output.

Put any AI through confusion, it will be happy to give you back some confusion, but formatted.

THE SECRET: AI Will work with, Not against you.

Individuals who benefit the most of AI do not use it like a vending machine.

They treat it like:

An assistant

A brainstorm buddy

A first-draft generator

An increment of their thoughts.

Not a replacement for it.

The logic is simple:

Artificial intelligence must speed up what you are already familiar with, rather than cover up what you lack.

How to make AI actually save you time.

This is the scheme the professionals work with--not the amateur write it to me for me.

DEFINE THE GOAL FIRST

Answer one question: Before typing something, you should reply to:

What exact outcome do I want?

Examples:

A hook and CTA, 2 minutes long script.

Onboarding sequence of 5 emails with a friendly matter of voice.

An exercising routine step-by-step.

Unless you know what good looks like, AI is not able to aim at the target.

GIVE CONTEXT

Introduce AI To the audience, what tone you want, and who you are.

Bad input:

Write a twitter on productivity.

Good input:

Write a catchy casual tweet on being more productive when you are a creator and you procrastinate on things because you overthink. Be bold, short, and a bit sarcastic.

See the difference?

PROVIDE EXAMPLES

AI learns the best when it sees models.

Example input:

These are three of my favorite pieces of writing. Apply this tone, rhythm and design.

You are even able to paste writing of your own.

Such a single action is enough to improve the production exponentially.

ITERATE - Never take the first draft.

Be a director; not a customer.

Prompt:

Revise version 2 to be more conversational, shorter, funnier. Remove cliches. Keep the pacing fast."

Every single step refines the output--and only a few seconds.

Convert Great Productions into Reusable Systems.

AI provides you with something powerful, so save it as:

A template

A repeatable workflow

A fill-in framework

Here comes the actual savings in time.

You have to start on a proven base next time, as you are not starting with nothing.

A Simple AI Habit You Can Begin Today.

Ahead of posing AI any question, keyboard smash:

What do I actually intend to create?

Then answer it in 1-3 sentences.

And that is all it takes to reduce your AI time by half.

ACTION STEP (DO This in the following 2 minutes)

Paste the following template into your notes:

AI PROMPT FRAMEWORK

Goal: What am I attempting to make?

Audience: Who is it for?

Tone: How should it sound?

Length, format, style requirements, constraints.

Examples: 1-3 samples to model

Iteration instruction: Make it better in direction of ___.

Now use it for your next task.

You will notice it at a first glance.

AI isn't magic.

It will not take your thinking.

However, when you put it in clarity, structure and direction, it goes multiplier-like, 2-hour tasks become 10-minute tasks.

AI doesn't save time. Systems do.
